CONDITIONS
To make an exchange, the product must be in perfect condition, clean, unused, with labels and tags.
The exchange of a product can be made up to thirty (30) days after receiving the order.
The product must be properly packaged.
Costs associated with the return, including the cost of shipping and return transportation,
will not be refunded.
Exchanges and returns are not accepted in the following cases:
• If the garment shows signs of use such as makeup stains, bad smell, stains, etc.
• If the garment is defective or damaged.
• Misuse by the customer.
Garment availability:
At Musetta, pieces per reference are few due to its exclusivity and detail, which is why it
may occur that a garment that the client has purchased is not available.
In these cases, Musetta will contact the client by email, WhatsApp, Instagram Direct or call
to notify them and offer a possible solution.
Important note: Products on sale or with special prices cannot be exchanged or returned.
Products that have been purchased on a tax-free day (Colombian “día sin IVA”) may be
exchanged for the same product in another size or for another reference (in this case, the
customer must pay the difference in price).
Garment care:Our works of art have very extensive and delicate handmade elements, which is why the
use and care you give them is very important.
• ALL PIECES MUST BE WASHED BY HAND
• DO NOT WASH IN WASHING MACHINE
• DO NOT PUT IN DRYER
• DO NOT USE STRONG DETERGENTS
• DO NOT IRON OVER EMBROIDERY AND/OR CRAFTS
• IRON AT LOW TEMPERATURE AND ALWAYS WITH PROTECTIVE CLOTH
• Do not soak
• Store on hanger to protect each craft
Garments with specific care:
1. Cyprès Jacket
• Iron on the reverse side
2. Amore T-shirt
• Do not iron main fabric
• If you wash the pleat, it will immediately lose its shape, cleaning it with a damp cloth is
recommended.
• You can iron the pleat with a protective cloth and at low temperature
Sizing Guide
IMPORTANT
Measurements given are in centimeters.
The sizing guide values are for each garment, they are NOT body measurements.
Remember that our garments are oversized, so they will be larger than your actual size.
Most of our garments are 100% cotton, so they do not stretch with time.
Chest: measured at the most prominent part of the bust. Full contour.
Waist: measured at the narrowest part of the abdomen. Full contour.
Length: shoulder to hip.
Sleeves: shoulder to wrist.
Cuff: wrist circumference.
