If the customer wishes to make a return or complaint, they must process it under compliance with the following conditions and procedures:
1. Validate if the product is available in the size or color you wish. Exchanges can only be
made for products with equal value to that initially purchased.
If you intend to exchange it for another product of a higher value, the difference in price must be paid.
2. Make the change request to the following address: infomusetta@gmail.com, or via
message to WhatsApp or Instagram Direct.
3. Upon completion of these two steps, the purchased product must be sent to the following Medellín address:
Calle 7 sur # 42-70, Forum building, office 1609, where the status of the product will be validated.
This must arrive in perfect condition: clean, unused, with tags and labels, and in its original packaging. If the product does not comply with the exchange conditions, the customer will be informed (through an email, call, WhatsApp message or Instagram Direct) the reason why the change will not be made, and the product will be sent again to the initial
delivery address.
4. For customers located in Medellín, Envigado, Itagüí, La Estrella, Caldas, Sabaneta and Bello, the customer will have the option of paying shipping to pick up and deliver the exchange item, or pick up and delivery at no additional cost to the address Calle 7 sur #42-70, Forum building, office 1609.
5. For deliveries inside Colombia, the customer must assume the shipping of the product to be returned and Musetta will assume the shipping of the newly received product.
6. For customers located in countries other than Colombia, both the shipping and import costs, as well as the shipping costs of the new product, will be assumed by them (the client) in their entirety; otherwise, Musetta will not be obliged to send a new product. Conditions. To make an exchange, the product must be in perfect condition, clean, unused, with labels and tags. The exchange of a product can be made up to thirty (30) days after receiving the order. The product must be properly packaged. Costs associated with the return, including the cost of shipping and return transportation, will not be refunded.
Exchanges and returns are not accepted in the following cases:
• If the garment shows signs of use such as makeup stains, bad smell, stains, etc.
• If the garment is defective or damaged.
• Misuse by the customer.
