Delivery times
For the city of Medellín, the estimated delivery time is 1 to 7 business days; for other
municipalities, the times range from 2 to 15 business days, depending on the destination.

Deliveries are not made at an exact time, so the customer must have a permanent and certain address as their destination, such as a home or office.

The time begins to count when the payment has been accepted by the bank.
In the event of a return from the shipping company due to impossibility of delivery in cases attributable to the user, the costs generated for a new delivery will be assumed by the user (the customer).

Shipping costs:
Medellín: Free shipping.
Other cities in Colombia: $12,000 COP.

International deliveries:
Delivery times for countries other than Colombia are subject to the conditions and services provided by DHL.
Import costs and fees in the destination country will be assumed by the costumer.

Musetta will provide cost information according to the destination address entered by the costumer, and Musetta will have the obligation to deliver the product properly packaged to DHL, a maximum of two business days after payment is confirmed, at which time a transport contract is signed and the package passes into custody of DHL. The customer will then receive a tracking guide informing the estimated delivery time.
