How do I know which size to choose for my jacket?

How can I track my order once it has been shipped?

After placing your order, you will receive a confirmation email at the email address you provided during the purchase process.
This email will confirm your order, and we will proceed to prepare it.
Once your order is shipped, you will receive another confirmation email with the tracking number, allowing you to trace the package's location and current status.

On the carrier company's website, you can find the shipment tracking section. There, you will need to enter the tracking number you received.
The location and delivery status information will be constantly updated, enabling you to stay updated on your order.

What is your care and washing policy for custom jackets?

Our works of art have very extensive and delicate handmade elements, which is why the use and care you give them is very important.
• ALL PIECES MUST BE WASHED BY HAND.
• DO NOT WASH IN WASHING MACHINE.
• DO NOT PUT IN DRYER.
• DO NOT USE STRONG DETERGENTS.
• DO NOT IRON OVER EMBROIDERY AND/OR CRAFTS.
• IRON AT LOW TEMPERATURE AND ALWAYS WITH PROTECTIVE CLOTH.
• DO NOT SOAK.

• STORE ON HANGER TO PROTECT EACH CRAFT.


Garments with specific care:

1. Cyprès Jacket
• Iron on the reverse side.

2. Amore T-shirt
• Do not iron main fabric.
• If you wash the pleat, it will immediately lose its shape, cleaning it with a damp cloth is recommended.
• You can iron the pleat with a protective cloth and at low temperature.
